Dragon Wings now recharge slightly faster.
Dragon Release: Draco-Puppets Warhammer, Heavy Cannon skills, and Draco-Puppet Skill DMG +200%.
Changes to Universal Nebula weapon mastery:
Max HP +8% is now Max HP +5%/10/15.
ACC +8% is now ACC +5%/10/20.
Now includes improvements to "Nebula Vortex" and "Starlight Bombardment": DMG +5%/10/30.
Now using "Nebula Vortex" inflicts "Lightning Judgment" on the target, decreasing their Lightning DMG Resistance by 10%. Lasts for 25 seconds and stacks up to 5 times.
Changes in the Envoy:
Holy Light of the Apocalypse: DMG of Holy Light skills +15%, Your attacks have a 15% chance to increase DMG of next Heartbreaker Strike, Starlight Whirlwind or Rainbow Strike by 25%.
